Cette op\u00e9ration a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e par placement priv\u00e9, exclusivement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 des investisseurs qualifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;op\u00e9ration a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9partie en deux tranches : une tranche A de 150 millions de MAD, \u00e0 taux fixe et n\u00e9gociable de gr\u00e9 \u00e0 gr\u00e9, et une tranche B de 150 millions de MAD, \u00e0 taux r\u00e9visable annuellement et \u00e9galement n\u00e9gociable de gr\u00e9 \u00e0 gr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux tranches de l\u2019\u00e9mission obligataire sont remboursables par amortissement progressif du principal sur une p\u00e9riode de 5 ans. \u00c0 travers cette op\u00e9ration, Mutandis SCA cherche \u00e0 refinancer certains cr\u00e9dits bancaires existants, optimiser la structuration et les co\u00fbts de financement, notamment par la diversification de ses sources de financement, et saisir toute opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019investissement potentielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 cette occasion, Mutandis SCA a exprim\u00e9 sa gratitude envers l&#8217;ensemble des souscripteurs pour leur confiance.
