Ce contr\u00f4le portait sur l&#8217;Imp\u00f4t sur les Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s (IS), l&#8217;Imp\u00f4t sur le Revenu (IR), les droits de timbre pour les exercices 2020 \u00e0 2023, ainsi que la Taxe sur la Valeur Ajout\u00e9e (TVA) pour les exercices 2018 \u00e0 2023. Cette r\u00e9gularisation a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e lors de la publication des comptes consolid\u00e9s du premier semestre 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l&#8217;issue de discussions et de r\u00e9unions avec les services de l&#8217;administration fiscale, Lesieur Cristal a conclu un protocole d&#8217;accord avec la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Imp\u00f4ts le 25 d\u00e9cembre 2024, concernant le r\u00e8glement d\u00e9finitif et irr\u00e9vocable d&#8217;un montant de 110 millions de dirhams.
