(GSM) portant sur l\u2019acquisition de l\u2019ensemble de ses actifs industriels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019acquisition envisag\u00e9e porte sur l\u2019ensemble des actifs corporels de GSM, notamment une semoulerie (moulin) de bl\u00e9 dur situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Casablanca, avec une capacit\u00e9 de production de 240 tonnes par jour. Ce projet strat\u00e9gique s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche d\u2019int\u00e9gration verticale, visant \u00e0 s\u00e9curiser les approvisionnements de Dari en mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, tout en cr\u00e9ant des synergies op\u00e9rationnelles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce mouvement s\u2019inscrit \u00e9galement dans la volont\u00e9 de Dari de renforcer son engagement envers l\u2019excellence du &#8220;made in Morocco&#8221; dans le domaine industriel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, cette op\u00e9ration est soumise \u00e0 certaines conditions suspensives, telles que la finalisation des due diligences en cours et l\u2019obtention des autorisations r\u00e9glementaires n\u00e9cessaires.
