Par cette transaction, TANA a acquis une part\nminoritaire du capital de la filiale fruits rouges de Palmagri, une prise de\nparticipation destin\u00e9e \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019activit\u00e9 fruits\nrouges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour porter l\u2019ambition du groupe Palmeraie Holding dans le\nsecteur agro-industriel, Palmagri op\u00e8re dans diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions du Maroc \u00e0 travers\ndes exploitations arboricoles de fruits rouges, de palmiers dattiers et de\nrosac\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019occasion de ce partenariat, Saad Berrada Sounni, Pr\u00e9sident de\nPalmeraie Holding, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab ce partenariat avec TANA permettra \u00e0 Palmagri de renforcer\nsa position d\u2019op\u00e9rateur marocain de premier rang dans ce secteur, d&#8217;exploiter\ndavantage son fort potentiel de croissance dans la fili\u00e8re fruits rouges et\nd&#8217;ex\u00e9cuter rapidement sa strat\u00e9gie de croissance aussi bien dans la production\nque dans la distribution. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rappel, Palmeraie Holding, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom Palmeraie\nIndustries et Services, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par Saad Berrada Sounni, est un groupe\nmultisectoriel d\u2019envergure pr\u00e9sent au Maroc et en Afrique.
