Cette \u00e9volution est principalement attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;absence d&#8217;op\u00e9rations exceptionnelles de vente de marchandises en l&#8217;\u00e9tat r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en 2023, d&#8217;un montant de 67,89 MDH. En excluant cet impact, le chiffre d&#8217;affaires affiche une progression de +6,52%. Cette performance a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9galement influenc\u00e9e par un effet prix li\u00e9 aux promotions commerciales mises en place en 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le groupe DARI COUSPATE poursuit sa consolidation industrielle et sa dynamique commerciale en 2025 afin de renforcer ses positions sur ses march\u00e9s. Dans le cadre de sa strat\u00e9gie, le groupe a annonc\u00e9 le 22 janvier 2025 l&#8217;acquisition imminente des actifs industriels d&#8217;une semoulerie de bl\u00e9 dur situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Casablanca. Cette acquisition, actuellement en phase finale de due-diligence, devrait \u00eatre finalis\u00e9e au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2025.
