La production nationale de sucre blanc devrait atteindre 330 000 tonnes, avec un objectif de 600 000 tonnes d\u2019ici 2026 pour renforcer la souverainet\u00e9 alimentaire du Maroc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 une s\u00e9cheresse persistante en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e, la fili\u00e8re sucri\u00e8re marocaine a emblav\u00e9 40 000 hectares dans les cinq p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres sucriers pour la campagne 2024\/2025. Les pluies de mars-avril ont am\u00e9lior\u00e9 les rendements et la richesse en sucre. L\u2019usage \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle de technologies agricoles avanc\u00e9es (drones, capteurs, irrigation de pr\u00e9cision) a permis de r\u00e9duire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 55 % la consommation d\u2019eau gr\u00e2ce aux solutions intelligentes, avec une \u00e9conomie moyenne de 25 % via le goutte-\u00e0-goutte, et une baisse de 30 % de l\u2019usage d\u2019engrais. Ces innovations renforcent la performance \u00e9conomique et environnementale des exploitations agricoles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la campagne 2025\/2026, COSUMAR pr\u00e9voit d\u2019emblaver 68 500 hectares de plantes sucri\u00e8res, dont 60 000 hectares de betteraves \u00e0 sucre, marquant une hausse de plus de 50 % par rapport \u00e0 2024\/2025. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019atteindre une production de 600 000 tonnes de sucre blanc local, \u00e9quivalente au record de 2016. Cette mont\u00e9e en puissance vise \u00e0 s\u00e9curiser l\u2019approvisionnement national et \u00e0 soutenir l\u2019ambition d\u2019exporter 1 million de tonnes par an d\u00e8s 2026.
