Ce prix a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis le 20 novembre dernier par le Pr\u00e9sident de\nl\u2019IFA, Mostafa Terrab, \u00e0 Hanane Mourchid, Senior Vice President &#8211;\nSustainability Platform \u00e0 l\u2019OCP, en marge du Forum strat\u00e9gique de l\u2019IFA qui\ns\u2019est tenu \u00e0 Versailles, en France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette distinction vient r\u00e9compenser\nl\u2019engagement de l\u2019OCP en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et constitue une reconnaissance du\nleadership de l\u2019Office dans le domaine du d\u00e9veloppement durable. Cette\ncons\u00e9cration vient s\u2019ajouter \u00e0 la m\u00e9daille d\u00e9cern\u00e9e au groupe l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re\npour ses efforts pour la cause environnementale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concernant la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail,\nle Groupe OCP a d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 des efforts et des moyens colossaux pour le respect des\nmeilleures normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019anticipation, la pr\u00e9vention des\nrisques et la mobilisation continue de l\u2019ensemble de ses collaborateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, OCP a mis en place un programme\nd&#8217;excellence s\u00e9curit\u00e9 intitul\u00e9 \u00ab 0 incident \u00bb, impliquant le d\u00e9ploiement de 18\nstandards en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de sant\u00e9 au travail et d\u2019environnement dans\nles diff\u00e9rents sites industriels du groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce programme a permis de r\u00e9duire de 60% le\ntaux de fr\u00e9quence des accidents de travail dans les sites industriels durant\nles 5 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.
