Ahmed El Bouari, a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 le 18 juillet \u00e0 Errachidia, la premi\u00e8re session 2025 du Conseil d\u2019Administration de l\u2019Office R\u00e9gional de Mise en Valeur Agricole de Tafilalet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En pr\u00e9sence de responsables r\u00e9gionaux, il a soulign\u00e9 les atouts agricoles de la r\u00e9gion, marqu\u00e9e par la diversit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes oasiens et montagneux, et la richesse de ses produits du terroir (les dattes, les pommes, le safran et la rose \u00e0 parfum). Tafilalet contribue \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 90 % de la production nationale de dattes et \u00e0 60 % de celle des pommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le ministre a salu\u00e9 l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur du nouveau statut du personnel de l\u2019Office, r\u00e9sultat du dialogue sectoriel. Le Directeur de l\u2019Office a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un bilan complet des r\u00e9alisations 2024, l\u2019\u00e9tat du budget 2025, ainsi que les mesures prises pour r\u00e9ussir la campagne agricole 2024-2025, notamment en mati\u00e8re de semences, d\u2019engrais et de gestion de l\u2019eau dans le cadre des programmes nationaux d\u2019irrigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2024, l\u2019ORMVA de Tafilalet a achev\u00e9 l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de l\u2019aval du barrage Kaddoussa, permettant l\u2019allocation de 45 millions de m\u00b3 d\u2019eau pour irriguer les oasis. Trois projets d\u2019agriculture solidaire ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9s dans les provinces de Midelt et d\u2019Errachidia, et plus de 828 000 vitro-plants de palmiers dattiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plant\u00e9s dans le cadre du programme national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le plan budg\u00e9taire, l\u2019Office a atteint un taux d\u2019engagement de 90 % et un taux de r\u00e9alisation de 60 % pour 2024. Au 11 juillet 2025, les taux enregistr\u00e9s s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 84 % pour les engagements et 26 % pour les \u00e9missions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le ministre a salu\u00e9 les efforts de l\u2019Office et a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 renforcer la coordination pour un d\u00e9veloppement agricole durable dans la r\u00e9gion Draa-Tafilalet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le ministre de l&#8217;Agriculture, de la P\u00eache maritime, du D\u00e9veloppement rural et des Eaux et For\u00eats, M.
