Ahmed El Bouari, a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 le 16 juillet \u00e0 Errachidia, la premi\u00e8re session 2025 du Conseil d&#8217;Administration de l&#8217;Office R\u00e9gional de Mise en Valeur Agricole de Ouarzazate (ORMVAO), en pr\u00e9sence de responsables r\u00e9gionaux et des membres du conseil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le directeur de l\u2019ORMVAO a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le bilan 2024, mettant en avant les avanc\u00e9es techniques et financi\u00e8res, ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9tat du budget 2025. Dot\u00e9s d\u2019un budget global de 3,8 milliards de dirhams, les projets s\u2019inscrivent dans la Strat\u00e9gie G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Green 2020-2030 et visent un fort impact sur les agriculteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les r\u00e9alisations de 2024 : couverture sociale pour 45 290 agriculteurs, am\u00e9nagement de 41 km de s\u00e9guias et khettaras, construction de 18 seuils, creusement de 13 points d\u2019eau (dont 3 \u00e9quip\u00e9s en \u00e9nergie solaire), irrigation localis\u00e9e sur 1 031 hectares, plantation de 3 876 hectares d\u2019arbres fruitiers, nettoyage de 770 hectares de palmiers, \u00e9quipement de deux unit\u00e9s de production de jus et vinaigre de pomme, et lancement d\u2019une unit\u00e9 de valorisation des dattes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2024, l\u2019ORMVAO a poursuivi le programme de sauvegarde du cheptel avec la distribution de 138 952 quintaux d\u2019orge subventionn\u00e9e, 46 247 quintaux d\u2019aliments pour bovins, 1 567 t\u00eates ovines, 4 043 ruches peupl\u00e9es et du mat\u00e9riel apicole. Des infrastructures d\u2019\u00e9levage ont aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 renforc\u00e9es avec 25 points d\u2019eau am\u00e9nag\u00e9s et 4 abris construits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les zones touch\u00e9es par le s\u00e9isme d\u2019Al Haouz, 39 km de s\u00e9guias ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9habilit\u00e9s, 8 abris construits, 3 unit\u00e9s agricoles remises \u00e0 niveau, et 18 000 quintaux d\u2019orge distribu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les taux d&#8217;engagement et de paiement ont atteint respectivement 91 % et 66 %, traduisant une bonne dynamique d\u2019ex\u00e9cution.
