Cette transaction porte sur l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau de distribution de Venezia Ice, comprenant les enseignes Venezia Ice, Venezia Ice &amp; Bakery, ainsi que l\u2019usine MCDF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fond\u00e9e en 1999, Venezia Ice s\u2019est impos\u00e9e comme un acteur majeur dans le secteur des glaces et de la p\u00e2tisserie au Maroc, avec un r\u00e9seau de 45 points de vente en propre ou en franchise \u00e0 travers le pays.
