L\u2019op\u00e9ration a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9e par le Conseil de la Concurrence le 11 juillet 2025, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi sur la libert\u00e9 des prix et de la concurrence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette acquisition s\u2019inscrit dans la strat\u00e9gie de croissance d\u2019AFF visant \u00e0 renforcer son int\u00e9gration dans les fili\u00e8res strat\u00e9giques. En capitalisant sur l\u2019expertise et l\u2019ancrage des trois soci\u00e9t\u00e9s acquises, AFF consolide sa pr\u00e9sence dans la fili\u00e8re des \u0153ufs de consommation. L\u2019op\u00e9ration illustre son mod\u00e8le d\u2019int\u00e9gration verticale, tout en rapprochant le groupe des consommateurs et des territoires<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Africa Feed &amp; Food (AFF) est une holding marocaine de l\u2019agroalimentaire comptant plus de 15 filiales actives sur l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur, de l\u2019importation de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales \u00e0 l\u2019emballage. Elle d\u00e9tient notamment les marques Nor\u2019Dar et Kayna, embl\u00e9matiques du quotidien des Marocains.
