Fort de plus de 25 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en leadership dans les secteurs corporate, acad\u00e9mique et associatif, Robert Scott est reconnu pour son r\u00f4le dans le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles technologies et la conduite de transformations strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rob Case, pr\u00e9sident du conseil de MycoTechnology, a salu\u00e9 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Robert Scott au sein du conseil. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Son expertise, notamment dans les \u00e9dulcorants pour boissons, sera un atout majeur pour le lancement du nouvel ingr\u00e9dient innovant, Honey Truffle Sweet Protein, reconnu pour son go\u00fbt pur et naturel.<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jordi Ferre, CEO de MycoTechnology, a soulign\u00e9 que\u00a0Robert Scott\u00a0apportera une perspective client pr\u00e9cieuse au conseil, alors que l\u2019entreprise d\u00e9veloppe son portefeuille d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients naturels issus de la fermentation du myc\u00e9lium de champignon pour les march\u00e9s mondiaux de l\u2019alimentation et des boissons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis mai 2025, le Dr Scott est pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Albany State University en G\u00e9orgie. Il a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment dirig\u00e9 la R&amp;D chez Kraft Heinz, o\u00f9 il a pilot\u00e9 une transformation globale via l\u2019innovation strat\u00e9gique. Chez Coca-Cola, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 vice-pr\u00e9sident R&amp;D, supervisant la d\u00e9couverte d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients et le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019\u00e9dulcorants \u00e0 l\u2019international. Il a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 vice-pr\u00e9sident R&amp;D chez Abbott Nutrition. Parall\u00e8lement, il a exerc\u00e9 dans le milieu acad\u00e9mique comme doyen associ\u00e9 et professeur assistant de biologie.
