Ahmed El Bouari, ministre de l\u2019Agriculture,&nbsp;de la P\u00eache Maritime, du D\u00e9veloppement Rural et des Eaux et For\u00eats, a effectu\u00e9 le 12 novembre une visite de terrain dans les provinces d\u2019El Jadida et de Benslimane. Cette visite a permis de suivre l\u2019avancement de trois programmes agricoles majeurs inscrits dans la strat\u00e9gie \u00ab G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Green 2020\u20132030 \u00bb, portant sur la r\u00e9silience climatique, la durabilit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes de production et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du revenu agricole. Les programmes concernent la plantation du cactus r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la cochenille, le semis direct et le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019irrigation de compl\u00e9ment des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fili\u00e8re du cactus, prioritaire dans la strat\u00e9gie G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Green, conna\u00eet une relance \u00e0 travers un programme national de reconstitution de 122 000 ha d\u2019ici 2028, pour un investissement de 1,4 milliard de dirhams, et 100 000 ha suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lanc\u00e9 en r\u00e9ponse aux ravages de la cochenille depuis 2014, ce programme s\u2019appuie sur les recherches de l\u2019INRA, qui a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 huit vari\u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9sistantes et produit plus de 16,3 millions de plants distribu\u00e9s aux agriculteurs. Dans la r\u00e9gion des Doukkala, 1600 ha sont pr\u00e9vus en plantation, dont 880 ha d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la province de Benslimane, un programme int\u00e9gr\u00e9 d\u2019irrigation de compl\u00e9ment a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9. Il vise \u00e0 stabiliser la production c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8re nationale et \u00e0 renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire. Ciblant un potentiel de 1 million d\u2019hectares, il pr\u00e9voit la s\u00e9curisation de l\u2019eau pour 500 000 ha d\u00e9j\u00e0 irrigu\u00e9s et l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de 500 000 ha suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la r\u00e9gion Casablanca-Settat, le projet d\u2019interconnexion Bouregreg\u2013Oum Errabia permettra d\u2019\u00e9tendre cette irrigation sur 100 000 ha, favorisant des assolements c\u00e9r\u00e9ales\/l\u00e9gumineuses \u00e0 haute productivit\u00e9 et un d\u00e9veloppement rural durable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M.
