L\u2019initiative s\u2019inscrit dans un contexte de forte demande mondiale pour un chocolat belge durable et \u00e9quitable, allant des \u00c9tats-Unis \u00e0 l\u2019Asie et au Moyen-Orient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les experts soulignent que ce projet int\u00e8gre des pratiques respectueuses de l\u2019environnement, notamment l\u2019utilisation d\u2019\u00e9nergies renouvelables et la gestion efficace de l\u2019eau. Cette d\u00e9marche compl\u00e8te le programme de chocolat \u00e9quitable de l\u2019entreprise, qui soutient les producteurs de cacao dans plusieurs pays d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la cha\u00eene de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019investissement permettra \u00e9galement la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une centaine d\u2019emplois et soutiendra l\u2019\u00e9conomie belge tout en doublant presque la production de Belcolade au cours des cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, Puratos continue de promouvoir le chocolat \u00e9quitable via son programme Cacao Trace, garantissant un prix plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 aux producteurs de cacao en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guin\u00e9e et Vietnam.
