Ce dernier est un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel d\u2019\u00e9valuation de la conformit\u00e9 des produits et des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s en lien avec la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des aliments. Il sera possible de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9valuations IFS Food v7 \u00e0 partir du 1er mars 2021. \u00c0 partir du 1er juillet 2021, le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel deviendra obligatoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif de la certification IFS Food est d\u2019\u00e9valuer si les activit\u00e9s de transformation d\u2019un fabricant sont capables de produire des produits s\u00fbrs, l\u00e9gaux et conformes aux sp\u00e9cifications des clients. L\u2019\u00e9valuation IFS se focalise sur les produits et les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et garantit que le d\u00e9veloppement de produits de haute qualit\u00e9 est assur\u00e9 au travers des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s correspondants. Ainsi, une certification IFS permet de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts des audits redondants et d\u2019aider \u00e0 la gestion des entreprises au moyen de rapports d\u2019audit uniformes et d\u2019une base de donn\u00e9es moderne et facile \u00e0 utiliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel IFS Food s\u2019applique aux fabricants de produits alimentaires et peut uniquement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 par les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui transforment des produits alimentaires et\/ou conditionnent des produits nus. \u00c0 cette fin, le contenu du r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel IFS Food se d\u00e9cline autour de 4 parties : protocole de certification IFS Food, liste des exigences d\u2019\u00e9valuation IFS Food, exigences pour les organismes d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation, les organismes de certification et les auditeurs, ainsi que le reporting, logiciel auditXpressX&#x2122; et base de donn\u00e9es IFS.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IFS (International Featured Standards), soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui englobe un ensemble de r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels internationaux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de qualit\u00e9 et de programmes qui apportent de la transparence et de l\u2019intercomparabilit\u00e9, a publi\u00e9 la 7\u00e8me version de son r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel IFS Food.
