Ainsi, apr\u00e8s signature des d\u00e9clarations import, export ou de transit, le syst\u00e8me BADR affectera automatiquement une des 3 d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, le circuit vert concerne les d\u00e9clarations qui se verront attribu\u00e9es la mainlev\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re automatique quelques minutes apr\u00e8s leur signature par le d\u00e9clarant. D\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, le circuit orange remplace l\u2019actuel \u00ab admis pour conforme \u00bb. Les d\u00e9clarations qui emprunteront ce couloir seront soumises \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le documentaire avant, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, liquidation des droits et taxes et attribution de la mainlev\u00e9e par l\u2019inspecteur d\u00e9sign\u00e9. Enfin, le circuit rouge concerne les marchandises qui vont \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es physiquement. Ici, deux proc\u00e9dures sont possibles : le \u00ab circuit rouge partiel \u00bb qui remplace l\u2019actuel \u00ab visite physique \u00bb et le \u00ab circuit rouge int\u00e9gral \u00bb qui correspond \u00e0 l\u2019actuelle \u00ab visite int\u00e9grale \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, le service dispose, en cas de doute fond\u00e9 ou d\u2019information suffisamment fiable, de toute la latitude pour \u00ab re-s\u00e9lecter \u00bb, selon la proc\u00e9dure en vigueur, une d\u00e9claration d\u2019un circuit \u00e0 un autre. Cette op\u00e9ration sera trac\u00e9e sur BADR et affich\u00e9e aux d\u00e9clarants.
