En effet, de novembre 2020 \u00e0 fin mars 2021, l\u2019augmentation du prix du ma\u00efs a vari\u00e9 dans une fourchette de 35% \u00e0 40%, et celle des cours des tourteaux de soja dans une fourchette de 15% \u00e0 32%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon l\u2019AFAC, le contexte haussier des march\u00e9s mondiaux sur les 12 derniers mois a plusieurs explications. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une psychose g\u00e9n\u00e9rale li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019av\u00e8nement du Covid-19 qui a perturb\u00e9 les \u00e9changes commerciaux entre nations, d\u2019une diminution des volumes d\u2019exportation du fait que les pays exportateurs reconstituent en priorit\u00e9 leurs stocks de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, d\u2019une diminution de la production en raison de la s\u00e9cheresse estivale, de l\u2019augmentation de la demande chinoise, ainsi que de l\u2019augmentation tr\u00e8s sensible du co\u00fbt du fret.
