Mme Ghaouti est connue pour son poste d\u2019enseignante chercheur \u00e0 l\u2019Institut au d\u00e9partement de production, protection et biotechnologie v\u00e9g\u00e9tale dans l\u2019unit\u00e9 de g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, biotechnologie et am\u00e9lioration des plantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr Ghaouti a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 son PhD en agronomie, sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration g\u00e9n\u00e9tique des plantes \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Georg-August G\u00f6ttingen en Allemagne en 2007. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9e du prix Kurt von R\u00fcmker \u00e0 Quedlinburg en 2009, en Allemagne. Depuis l\u2019obtention de son dipl\u00f4me, elle a occup\u00e9 le poste de s\u00e9lectionneur au sein de l\u2019entreprise Nordeutsche Planzenzucht Hans-Georg Lemke, \u00e0 Hohenlieth en Allemagne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s son int\u00e9gration \u00e0 l\u2019IAV Hassan II en 2011, Mme Ghaouti a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation et l\u2019encadrement des ing\u00e9nieurs et doctorants en formation agronomie, et a coordonn\u00e9 un ensemble de projets aussi bien au niveau national (MCRDV) qu\u2019international (PMARS, ARIMNet, AGROPOLIS, PRIMA, etc). Depuis 2017, elle occupe le poste de chef de d\u00e9partement de production, protection et biotechnologie v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.
