Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e9tait anim\u00e9 par Mamoun Tahri Joutei, Directeur Central du Centre d\u2019Intelligence Economique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les intervenants, Ahmed Kathir, Pr\u00e9sident de la Commission Financement de l\u2019ASMEX, a fait le point sur le retard notifi\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9veloppement de ce domaine dans notre pays malgr\u00e9 l\u2019engagement du Royaume \u00e0 mettre en exergue les multiples exp\u00e9riences r\u00e9ussies au sein des grandes entreprises et administrations. \u00ab <em>Aujourd<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>hui, beaucoup de PME marocaines consid<\/em><em>\u00e8<\/em><em>rent que l<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>intelligence \u00e9conomique est un domaine r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux grandes entreprises. Nous souhaitons cr\u00e9er un d\u00e9clic et pousser les PME et les exportateurs \u00e0 s<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>engager dans ce qui n<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>est plus une option, mais une n\u00e9<\/em><em>cessit<\/em><em>\u00e9<\/em> \u00bb, a-ainsi d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Kathir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Omar Ezziyati, Directeur de la veille strat\u00e9gique, de l\u2019innovation et de l\u2019influence \u00e0 Bank of Africa, a indiqu\u00e9 que ce retard est d\u00fb \u00e0 deux raisons principales : une s\u00e9mantique peu adapt\u00e9e et des limitations organisationnelles. Et d\u2019ajouter : \u00ab <em>la plupart des PME ont adopt\u00e9 un style de management rigide, ou autoritaire, d\u00e9fini par deux choses : le respect de la hi\u00e9rarchie et la centralisation de l<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>information.
