D\u00e9cern\u00e9 par l\u2019Institut Marocain de Normalisation (IMANOR), ce label atteste que \u00ab <em>le produit labellis\u00e9 est un produit d\u2019origine marocaine et de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure, fabriqu\u00e9 dans des conditions sanitaires ma\u00eetris\u00e9es portant sur la production primaire, la transformation, le conditionnement, l\u2019\u00e9tiquetage et les informations nutritionnelles. <\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, l\u2019ensemble des produits Al Karam (couscous, p\u00e2tes courtes, p\u00e2tes longues, p\u00e2tes aux l\u00e9gumes\u2026) ont obtenu la certification \u00ab Label Halal \u00bb, d\u00e9livr\u00e9e aussi par l\u2019IMANOR et attestant la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la norme marocaine NM 08.0.800 sp\u00e9cifiant les exigences pour les aliments Halal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rappel, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 GLCM, fond\u00e9e \u00e0 Rabat en 1979 par Mimoun Saidi, est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la production de p\u00e2tes et couscous.
