Cette op\u00e9ration est soutenue par le Fonds Vert pour le climat (CGF) et l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne (UE), dans l\u2019optique de soutenir la mise en place d\u2019investissements verts au Maroc et de participer \u00e0 la transition \u00e9cologique du Royaume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le premier pr\u00eat de 25 M\u20ac concerne Bank of Africa BMCE Group, avec une enveloppe de 18,75 millions \u20ac financ\u00e9s par la BERD et de 6,25 millions \u20ac par le GCF. La seconde enveloppe financi\u00e8re de 25 millions \u20ac a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e au profit de Cr\u00e9dit Immobilier et H\u00f4telier (CIH Bank).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces partenariats s\u2019inscrivent dans le cadre de la facilit\u00e9 de financement de l\u2019\u00e9conomie verte (GEFF) au Maroc, soutenue par le GCF, et s\u2019appuient sur la coop\u00e9ration fructueuse mise en place durant sa pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente application avec le programme MorSEFF. Un package complet d&#8217;assistance technique et de subventions pour l&#8217;investissement, financ\u00e9 par l&#8217;UE, soutiendront Bank of Africa &#8211; Groupe BMCE dans le d\u00e9ploiement du programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce financement sera accord\u00e9 sous forme de sous-pr\u00eats aux particuliers marocains, aux petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) et aux grandes entreprises pour des investissements dans les technologies de pr\u00e9vention du changement climatique.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Afin de lutter efficacement contre le r\u00e9chauffement climatique, la Banque europ\u00e9enne pour la reconstruction et le d\u00e9veloppement (BERD) a annonc\u00e9 la signature d\u2019un accord de pr\u00eat avec deux banques marocaines.
