Les propositions \u00e9mises cette ann\u00e9e r\u00e9pondent principalement aux d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la relance \u00e9conomique post-Covid et aux ambitions du nouveau mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9veloppement, qui appelle non seulement \u00e0 mobiliser des recettes pour le financement des politiques et des investissements publics, mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 orienter la fiscalit\u00e9 en faveur de la solidarit\u00e9, l\u2019innovation, la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vision de la CGEM pour la loi de finances 2022 s\u2019articule autour de 3 orientations. Il s\u2019agit, d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises soumises \u00e0 la concurrence mondiale, \u00e0 travers l\u2019all\u00e8gement de la pression fiscale, la revue de la taxation des intrants \u00e0 l\u2019import, la mise en place d\u2019une fiscalit\u00e9 verte pour favoriser une transition \u00e9cologique responsable et la r\u00e9duction des charges sociales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, la CGEM appelle \u00e0 la garantie de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre dans les tr\u00e9soreries des entreprises, tout en maintenant leurs capacit\u00e9s de financement. En outre, l\u2019organisation souhaite le renforcement des m\u00e9canismes de confiance entre le contribuable et l\u2019administration, pour d\u00e9mocratiser la participation \u00e0 l&#8217;imp\u00f4t dans la transparence exig\u00e9e des deux parties, en encadrant le contr\u00f4le et les sanctions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, la CGEM recommande de continuer \u00e0 soutenir l\u2019investissement du tissu productif, \u00e0 travers le renforcement de la commande publique en maintenant les budgets allou\u00e9s, l\u2019encouragement de la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence nationale et l\u2019orientation d\u2019une quote-part significative aux TPMEs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des entreprises du Maroc (CGEM) a partag\u00e9 avec le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et des finances, dans une d\u00e9marche constructive et participative, ses recommandations pour la loi de finances.
