La premi\u00e8re tranche de 30 ha sera livr\u00e9e en avril prochain. La premi\u00e8re installation de la zone est celle d\u2019IKEA, sur une superficie de plus de 3 ha avec 19 000 m\u00b2 couverts, dont la construction a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9marr\u00e9 avec une ouverture pr\u00e9vue pour l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019espace central de la nouvelle zone commerciale a \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9 \u00e0 un projet d\u2019outlet sur une superficie de 10 ha, extensible \u00e0 20 ha, d\u00e9di\u00e9 au commerce grand public. Ce projet permettra une nouvelle exp\u00e9rience de shopping au nord du Royaume, avec l\u2019installation d\u2019enseignes internationales d\u2019habillement et accessoires.
