Apr\u00e8s Arribat Centre \u00e0 Rabat et Carr\u00e9 Eden \u00e0 Marrakech, il s\u2019agira du 3\u00e8me mall g\u00e9r\u00e9 par Sonae Sierra au Maroc, portant sa surface totale commerciale utile dans le Royaume \u00e0 87 800 m2 et plus de 190 magasins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur 25 000 m2 de surface commerciale, avec 93 magasins dont un supermarch\u00e9 Marjane et un food court, entre autres, Aeria Mall est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Casa Anfa, \u00e0 la place de l\u2019ancien a\u00e9roport et sera g\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u00e8s son ouverture en 2022 par Sonae Sierra afin d\u2019enrichir l\u2019offre, les services et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cristina Santos, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Property Management and Leasing chez Sonae Sierra, a indiqu\u00e9 : \u00ab <em>nous sommes ravis de voir la confiance maintenue dans notre connaissance de long terme du march\u00e9 marocain et dans notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des destinations diff\u00e9renciantes qui anticipent les tendances de shopping, de services et de loisirs. <\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le PDG de Anfa Realties, Younes Essassi, a ajout\u00e9 : \u00ab <em>nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux d\u2019\u00e9tendre notre partenariat avec Sonae Sierra et de continuer \u00e0 travailler avec une \u00e9quipe aussi professionnelle, dot\u00e9e d\u2019une expertise de pointe, du concept \u00e0 la livraison et \u00e0 la gestion.
