Son but : am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et renforcer les capacit\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 toute \u00e9ventualit\u00e9. Ce nouvel entrep\u00f4t vertical, qui a ouvert ses portes en f\u00e9vrier, permet d\u2019accro\u00eetre le stockage des glucides fonctionnels cristallins de BENEO, Isomalt, Palatinose&#x2122; et galenIQ&#x2122;. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet investissement de 7,7 millions d\u2019euros dans une installation enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9e, Beneo continue d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la robustesse de sa cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement et r\u00e9duit le transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nouvel entrep\u00f4t de 25 m\u00e8tres de haut a une capacit\u00e9 de stockage de plus de 8 500 euro palettes, et se situe \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois des zones d\u2019emballage et d\u2019exp\u00e9dition. Avec des entrep\u00f4ts externes dans le monde entier, l\u2019ajout des capacit\u00e9s de stockage d\u2019Offstein soutient la strat\u00e9gie multi-stockage de Beneo pour am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise. De plus, l\u2019entreposage vertical enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9 permet une plus grande proportion de chargement direct, lib\u00e9rant ainsi du personnel des t\u00e2ches de manutention d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de sortie de stock. Ce qui permet de l\u2019affecter plus efficacement \u00e0 d\u2019autres activit\u00e9s sur le site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ralph Cartarius, operation managing director sur le site d\u2019Offstein chez Beneo, explique : \u00ab <em>le nouvel entrep\u00f4t offre beaucoup plus de potentiel de stockage pour nos glucides fonctionnels. Il nous permet aussi de gagner en co\u00fbts, en temps et en efficacit\u00e9 logistique, et de renforcer notre plan de contingence. Auparavant, la majorit\u00e9 de nos produits cristallins Palatinose&#x2122;, Isomalt et galenIQ&#x2122; \u00e9tait stock\u00e9e \u00e0 l<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>ext\u00e9rieur, les installations sur site \u00e9tant limit\u00e9es.
