D\u2019un montant d\u2019investissement de 70 MDH, ce projet fait suite \u00e0 une convention d\u2019investissement 2021-2024, sign\u00e9e le 18 f\u00e9vrier 2021 entre l\u2019\u00c9tat et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 MFF. Il s\u2019inscrit donc dans le cadre du contrat-programme relatif au d\u00e9veloppement du secteur des Industries agroalimentaires (CP-IAA) et de la banque de projets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab <em>Le rythme des investissements dans l<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>agroalimentaire s<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>acc<\/em><em>\u00e9l<\/em><em>\u00e8<\/em><em>re et s<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>ouvre sur de nouveaux segments \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e. Cela renforce davantage la capacit\u00e9 de production, la diversification des produits \u00e0 <\/em><em>forte int<\/em><em>\u00e9gration locale, et la comp\u00e9<\/em><em>titivit<\/em><em>\u00e9 du secteur lui valant une renomm\u00e9e mondiale. Ce nouvel investissement contribuera \u00e0 renforcer la souverainet\u00e9 industrielle de notre pays et au d\u00e9veloppement de l<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>offre exportable nationale dans le secteur<\/em> \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Mezzour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette nouvelle unit\u00e9 industrielle sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la fabrication de biscuits et de chocolat haut de gamme permettra la cr\u00e9ation de 80 emplois directs. Le groupe Imperium Holding, cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1979, cible, \u00e0 travers sa filiale MFF, de nouveaux produits notamment dans les secteurs de la biscuiterie et chocolaterie haut de gamme, dans le cadre de sa strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement visant \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre au besoin du march\u00e9 et \u00e0 diversifier son panel de produits haut de gamme destin\u00e9s principalement \u00e0 l\u2019export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reconnu pour \u00eatre l\u2019un des leaders mondiaux du march\u00e9 des th\u00e9s et infusions haut de gamme \u00e0 travers sa soci\u00e9t\u00e9 SITI, Imperium Holding a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 construire un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me autour de ses activit\u00e9s, \u00e0 travers plusieurs filiales qui couvrent toute la cha\u00eene de valeur li\u00e9e au th\u00e9 et \u00e0 ses d\u00e9riv\u00e9s, de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re au produit fini, en passant par l\u2019emballage pour offrir des produits customis\u00e9s correspondant \u00e0 la demande des clients \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale et internationale.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"659\" src=\"http:\/\/www.foodmagazine.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/HZF5237.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6062\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.foodmagazine.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/HZF5237.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.foodmagazine.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/HZF5237-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.foodmagazine.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/HZF5237-768x506.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.foodmagazine.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/HZF5237-310x205.jpg 310w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ryad Mezzour, Ministre de l\u2019Industrie et du commerce, coupe le ruban, avec \u00e0 sa gauche Amine El Baroudi, PDG de Imperium Holding.
