{"id":6145,"date":"2022-06-28T11:53:11","date_gmt":"2022-06-28T10:53:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.foodmagazine.ma\/?p=6145"},"modified":"2022-06-28T11:53:14","modified_gmt":"2022-06-28T10:53:14","slug":"xylella-fastidiosa-lonssa-renforce-les-controles-a-limportation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodmagazine.ma\/?p=6145","title":{"rendered":"Xylella fastidiosa : l\u2019ONSSA renforce les contr\u00f4les \u00e0 l\u2019importation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"http:\/\/www.foodmagazine.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/stux-pixabay.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6146\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.foodmagazine.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/stux-pixabay.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.foodmagazine.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/stux-pixabay-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.foodmagazine.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/stux-pixabay-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><figcaption><em>\u00a9 stux &#8211; Pixabay<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de prot\u00e9ger le patrimoine v\u00e9g\u00e9tal national vis-\u00e0-vis de la bact\u00e9rie <em>Xylella fastidiosa <\/em>et \u00e9viter son introduction au Maroc, l\u2019Office National de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sanitaire des Produits Alimentaires (ONSSA) interdit l\u2019introduction, par les voyageurs se rendant au Maroc, des v\u00e9g\u00e9taux (plants, plantes ornementales et semences). \u00c0 cet effet, tout v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (plant, plante ornementale et semence) introduit par les voyageurs sera saisi et d\u00e9truit conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, l\u2019ONSSA a renforc\u00e9 les mesures pr\u00e9ventives vis-\u00e0-vis de cette bact\u00e9rie, par la suspension de toute importation de plantes ornementales en provenance des pays ayant enregistr\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence de cette bact\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, le dispositif de contr\u00f4le phytosanitaire \u00e0 l\u2019importation des v\u00e9g\u00e9taux a \u00e9t\u00e9 renforc\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la bact\u00e9rie <em>Xylella fastidiosa <\/em>au niveau des postes fronti\u00e8res. En effet, les services de l\u2019ONSSA proc\u00e8dent syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e0 des contr\u00f4les documentaires, physiques et des analyses de laboratoire et seuls les v\u00e9g\u00e9taux conformes sur le plan phytosanitaire sont admis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Office rappelle aux professionnels que toute importation des v\u00e9g\u00e9taux doit \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une autorisation pr\u00e9alable d\u2019importation d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par l\u2019ONSSA et d\u2019un certificat phytosanitaire d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par les autorit\u00e9s phytosanitaires comp\u00e9tentes du pays de provenance.
