Ainsi cette certification vient mettre en avant les ingr\u00e9dients recycl\u00e9s. Ces fibres sont \u00e9labor\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de co-produits issus de la fabrication de jus de fruits par pressage \u00e0 froid de FruitSmart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 cette occasion, Wayne Lutomski, pr\u00e9sident de FruitSmart d\u00e9clare : \u00ab<em> les ingr\u00e9dients recycl\u00e9s aident \u00e0 surmonter le gaspillage alimentaire en cr\u00e9ant de la valeur \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux qui seraient autrement jet\u00e9s. C&#8217;est embl\u00e9matique de la fa\u00e7on dont FruitSmart est passionn\u00e9 par la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 avec les fruits, tout en aidant \u00e0 concr\u00e9tiser les id\u00e9es de nos clients.
