La convention a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9e par la Ministre de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et des finances, le Ministre de l\u2019industrie et du commerce, et d\u2019autres parties. Le projet consiste en la viabilisation de de la zone industrielle d\u2019Ain Bida \u00e0 travers notamment les am\u00e9nagements des voies d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la zone, la r\u00e9alisation des r\u00e9seaux de voiries et r\u00e9seaux divers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019entendant sur une superficie brute de 80 hectares, cette zone industrielle mobilisera un investissement global de 200 millions de dirhams, pris en charge conjointement par le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie et du commerce (50%) et la r\u00e9gion de F\u00e8s-Mekn\u00e8s (50%). Le site comprendra une zone industrielle g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste, une zone de commerce de gros, une zone d\u2019activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques, une zone destin\u00e9e \u00e0 la d\u00e9localisation des huileries dans le cadre du programme de d\u00e9pollution d\u2019Oued Sebou et une zone pour le transfert des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de stockage de gaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab <em>La r\u00e9alisation de cette zone industrielle contribuera \u00e0 dynamiser davantage le tissu industriel de la r\u00e9gion et am\u00e9liorer son attractivit\u00e9 aupr<\/em><em>\u00e8<\/em><em>s des investisseurs<\/em> \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019occasion Ryad Mezzour, Ministre de l\u2019industrie et du commerce. Enfin, ce projet permettra de renforcer l\u2019offre de terrains industriels dans la R\u00e9gion F\u00e8s-Mekn\u00e8s pour r\u00e9pondre au mieux aux besoins des investisseurs.
