Le passage de la double feuille d&#8217;aluminium et de cellulose aux emballages en papier recyclables verra Quality Street retirer pr\u00e8s de 2,5 milliards de pi\u00e8ces individuelles de mat\u00e9riaux d&#8217;emballage de sa cha\u00eene d&#8217;approvisionnement \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle mondiale. D\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par des experts en emballage du centre de recherche et de d\u00e9veloppement en confiserie de Nestl\u00e9 \u00e0 York, au Royaume- Uni, et du Nestl\u00e9 Institute of packaging sciences en Suisse, cette transition vers le papier a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un d\u00e9veloppement approfondi dans l&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux, les technologies de rev\u00eatement, les techniques d&#8217;impression et l&#8217;adaptation des \u00e9quipements existants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux saveurs (orange crunch et green triangle) resteront dans leurs emballages en aluminium existants car elles peuvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre recycl\u00e9es. La mise en \u0153uvre compl\u00e8te du passage \u00e0 de nouveaux emballages en papier pour les neuf autres bonbons emball\u00e9s par torsion prendra quelques mois.
