Cette mesure, qui fait suite aux demandes de certains groupes parlementaires lors de l\u2019examen des dispositions du PLF-2022, s\u2019aligne sur les standards internationaux et les recommandations de l\u2019Organisation mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 (OMS), qui pr\u00e9conisent la taxation des produits contenant des teneurs \u00e9lev\u00e9es de sucre ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s le projet de texte de la loi, cette taxe concerne plusieurs produits, notamment les biscuits, la confiserie, la chocolaterie (barres chocolat\u00e9es, chocolat en tablettes et en poudre, chocolat fourr\u00e9 et p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner), les produits laitiers (yoghourt pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme boisson, desserts lact\u00e9s, lait concentr\u00e9), ainsi que les confitures et marmelades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9duction pr\u00e9conis\u00e9e s\u2019inscrit dans les efforts des autorit\u00e9s publiques visant la lutte contre les maladies non transmissibles qui occasionnent des d\u00e9penses de sant\u00e9 extr\u00eamement importantes.
