Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement se tenait sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab Les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et l\u00e9gumineuses et le pari de la garantie de la souverainet\u00e9 alimentaire. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organis\u00e9 sous l\u2019\u00e9gide du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Agriculture, de la p\u00eache maritime, du d\u00e9veloppement rural et des eaux et for\u00eats, ce salon a vu la participation de plus de 80 000 visiteurs dont 25 000 professionnels. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion pour les institutions, entreprises et organisations professionnelles et interprofessionnelles de pr\u00e9senter leurs savoir-faire, d\u2019\u00e9changer entre eux et de promouvoir les m\u00e9tiers et activit\u00e9s autour des deux fili\u00e8res c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et l\u00e9gumineuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus des stands d\u2019expositions, une s\u00e9rie de s\u00e9minaires et de conf\u00e9rences a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e tout au long du salon par des experts et des chercheurs du domaine.
