Pour rappel, le premier programme a mobilis\u00e9 une enveloppe de 80 milliards de dirhams alors que ce nouveau programme n\u00e9cessitera un investissement global de l\u2019ordre de 130 milliards de dirhams. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019augmenter les capacit\u00e9s de production d\u2019engrais, avec l\u2019engagement d\u2019atteindre la neutralit\u00e9 carbone avant 2040, en s\u2019appuyant sur le potentiel unique des \u00e9nergies renouvelables et sur les r\u00e9alisations du royaume dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, l\u2019OCP pr\u00e9voit d\u2019assurer la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un taux d\u2019int\u00e9gration locale de 70% de l\u2019investissement pr\u00e9vu et l\u2019accompagnement de 600 entreprises industrielles marocaines ainsi que la cr\u00e9ation de 25 000 emplois directs et indirects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, Sa Majest\u00e9 le Roi a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 lors de cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, la signature d\u2019un protocole d\u2019accord relatif \u00e0 ce programme d\u2019investissement, entre le gouvernement et le groupe OCP, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s respectivement par les ministres de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur, de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et des finances, de l\u2019\u00e9quipement et de l\u2019eau, de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et du d\u00e9veloppement durable, de l\u2019investissement, de la convergence et de l&#8217;\u00e9valuation des politiques publiques d\u2019une part, et par le PDG de l\u2019OCP d\u2019autre part.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sa Majest\u00e9 le Roi Mohammed VI, a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 le samedi 3 d\u00e9cembre dernier au Palais Royal de Rabat, la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de pr\u00e9sentation du nouveau programme d\u2019investissement vert du groupe OCP (2023-2027).
