En effet, le probl\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert apr\u00e8s que l&#8217;entreprise ait re\u00e7u une plainte d&#8217;un consommateur indiquant que de la viande se trouvait dans la sauce. L&#8217;\u00e9tablissement a ensuite d\u00e9termin\u00e9 que des employ\u00e9s avaient \u00e9tiquet\u00e9 un nombre limit\u00e9 d&#8217;emballages de &#8220;sauce pour p\u00e2tes bolognaise&#8221; comme \u00e9tant de la &#8220;sauce pour pizza maison&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi le FSIS \u00e9met cette alerte de sant\u00e9 publique pour s&#8217;assurer que les consommateurs sont conscients que ces produits ne doivent pas \u00eatre consomm\u00e9s du fait que les ingr\u00e9dients cit\u00e9s auparavant ne figurent pas sur la liste des ingr\u00e9dients du produit.
