Ryad Mezzour, ministre de l&#8217;Industrie et du Commerce, M. Mohamed Wajih Sbihi, pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif de TIJARA-F\u00e9d\u00e9ration nationale des m\u00e9tiers de la distribution des produits de grande consommation, et M. Abdelaziz Babqiqi, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&#8217;Office Marocain de la Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 Industrielle et Commerciale (OMPIC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette convention vise \u00e0 promouvoir l&#8217;utilisation efficace des outils de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 industrielle et commerciale, en particulier dans le domaine des marques, au sein des circuits de distribution. Elle pr\u00e9voit la mise en place d&#8217;actions de sensibilisation et de formation destin\u00e9es aux acteurs du secteur commercial afin de renforcer leur compr\u00e9hension et leur respect des r\u00e8gles li\u00e9es \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En encourageant l&#8217;utilisation ad\u00e9quate des marques dans les circuits de distribution, cette collaboration entre le Minist\u00e8re de l&#8217;Industrie et du Commerce, TIJARA et l&#8217;OMPIC vise \u00e0 renforcer la protection des droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle, \u00e0 promouvoir l&#8217;innovation et \u00e0 garantir un environnement commercial \u00e9quitable pour tous les acteurs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lors de la Journ\u00e9e nationale du commer\u00e7ant qui s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e le 21 juin 2023 \u00e0 Ksar El Kebir, une convention de partenariat a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9e entre M.
