Celle-ci a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 300 participants qui ont pu profiter de 124 heures de formation. Organis\u00e9 en partenariat avec l\u2019Heure Joyeuse, ce programme consiste en des cycles de formation complets et vise \u00e0 soutenir les jeunes en situation de d\u00e9crochage scolaire en leur offrant des opportunit\u00e9s d&#8217;insertion professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les quatre cycles de formation, Employabilit\u00e9, Life Skills, Communication &amp; Langues et Technique, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9s par une trentaine de collaborateurs b\u00e9n\u00e9voles de Mondelez Maroc avec le soutien actif de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hind Bennis, Ambassadrice de la Joie au sein de Mondelez Maroc, a exprim\u00e9 sa fiert\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9gard du programme &#8220;Coaching for the Best&#8221;, qui suscite un enthousiasme croissant \u00e0 chaque \u00e9dition et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e0 un nombre croissant de participants.
