Cette \u00e9dition, la plus grande \u00e0 ce jour, rassemblera plus de 2 000 exposants et plus de 100 d\u00e9cideurs de l&#8217;industrie agroalimentaire pour explorer les derni\u00e8res tendances et strat\u00e9gies du secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A quelques semaines de la COP28, le Gulfood Manufacturing mettra l&#8217;accent sur la durabilit\u00e9. L&#8217;industrie agroalimentaire s&#8217;efforcera d&#8217;int\u00e9grer des pratiques et des processus durables, notamment des emballages respectueux de l&#8217;environnement, la r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9chets alimentaires et des machines \u00e9co-\u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le salon explorera \u00e9galement l&#8217;impact de l&#8217;IA, de la robotique et de l&#8217;automatisation sur l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de la fabrication agroalimentaire. De nombreuses grandes marques d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients et d&#8217;emballages du monde entier participeront \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;initiative de fabrication verte et durable de Duba\u00ef est au c\u0153ur de l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la production alimentaire \u00e0 base de plantes. Le FoodTech Summit r\u00e9unira les experts de l&#8217;industrie pour discuter des tendances et des innovations.
