Cette journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 une v\u00e9ritable c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la culture du safran bio, mettant en lumi\u00e8re l&#8217;importance de cette culture au Maroc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le festival a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9sence de nombreuses personnalit\u00e9s, notamment le Gouverneur de Missour Abdelhak Hamdaoui, le parlementaire Hassan Elansar, les \u00e9lus de la province et des communes, le pr\u00e9sident de la Chambre d&#8217;Artisanat, les repr\u00e9sentants de la Chambre d&#8217;Agriculture, Maroc Bio, et d&#8217;autres invit\u00e9s de marque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La journ\u00e9e a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par un discours d&#8217;ouverture de la pr\u00e9sidente de l&#8217;Association Irzafrane, Dr. Hafida Moukadiri, suivi de conf\u00e9rences portant sur la culture du safran bio, les bienfaits du safran bio en tant que plante m\u00e9dicinale, ainsi que les avantages de l&#8217;agr\u00e9gation Safran en cours de pr\u00e9paration, avec Domaine Irzane &amp; Victoria Esp\u00e9rance en tant qu&#8217;agr\u00e9gateur, en collaboration avec la DPA, la DRA et l&#8217;ADA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les coop\u00e9ratives locales productrices de safran, de miel, de produits du terroir et d&#8217;articles d&#8217;artisanat ont expos\u00e9 leurs produits, mettant ainsi en valeur les productions locales.
