Cette d\u00e9cision strat\u00e9gique aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 prise pour renforcer la position de Teralys sur le march\u00e9 africain de l&#8217;agroalimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rappelons que Al Mada avait annonc\u00e9 le 5 juillet 2023 la cr\u00e9ation de Teralys. Ce projet ambitieux vise \u00e0 investir dans des initiatives significatives pour l&#8217;agro-industrie, afin d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer la valeur ajout\u00e9e de ce secteur en Afrique et de promouvoir l&#8217;int\u00e9gration industrielle r\u00e9gionale. Avec un capital initial de 900 000 DH, Teralys avait rapidement marqu\u00e9 sa pr\u00e9sence en signant un protocole d&#8217;accord pour l&#8217;acquisition de Patisen, un leader s\u00e9n\u00e9galais dans la fabrication et la distribution de produits alimentaires.
