Cette transaction \u00e9valu\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 65 millions de dollars, marque un tournant strat\u00e9gique pour COSUMAR, qui avait initialement investi environ 45 millions de dollars dans Durrah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette op\u00e9ration s&#8217;inscrit dans le cadre d&#8217;un accord global entre Wilmar et les acteurs institutionnels marocains, visant \u00e0 renforcer la strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement de COSUMAR au Maroc. L&#8217;objectif est d&#8217;accro\u00eetre la valeur ajout\u00e9e sur le plan national, tout en repositionnant la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sur l&#8217;\u00e9chelle internationale. Le groupe, cot\u00e9 en bourse, souligne dans son communiqu\u00e9 l&#8217;importance strat\u00e9gique de cette cession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;investissement initial de COSUMAR dans Durrah a \u00e9t\u00e9 significatif, d\u00e9montrant sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 mener \u00e0 bien des projets industriels internationaux de grande envergure, notamment dans le secteur du \u00ab Green Field \u00bb.
