En collaboration avec la Division e-Gov \/ direction de l&#8217;Economie Num\u00e9rique du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie, cet outil est disponible 24\/7 via le lien : <a href=\"http:\/\/reclamation.portnet.ma\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">http:\/\/reclamation.portnet.ma<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce nouveau syst\u00e8me facilite le d\u00e9p\u00f4t des r\u00e9clamations et des demandes d\u2019assistance, promettant un traitement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 en moins de 24 heures pour une meilleure visibilit\u00e9 et un suivi approfondi des demandes. Les utilisateurs sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 conserver leur num\u00e9ro de ticket, cl\u00e9 de leur demande, qui s&#8217;affiche lors de la soumission de leur requ\u00eate.
