Cette d\u00e9marche est cruciale car, malgr\u00e9 l&#8217;absence d&#8217;inscription pr\u00e9alable, les agriculteurs restent redevables des cotisations, p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s et astreintes dues au 30 novembre 2023. L&#8217;adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l&#8217;AMO, obligatoire pour tous les citoyens, conditionne \u00e9galement l&#8217;acc\u00e8s aux subventions agricoles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La couverture de l&#8217;AMO englobe les frais m\u00e9dicaux de l&#8217;assur\u00e9, de son ou ses conjoints, ainsi que de ses enfants \u00e0 charge. Ces derniers sont couverts jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e2ge de 21 ans, ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 26 ans s&#8217;ils poursuivent des \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures et sans limite d&#8217;\u00e2ge en cas de handicap physique ou mental. Les taux de remboursement appliqu\u00e9s sont de 70 % pour la tarification nationale de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et peuvent atteindre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 100 % pour les maladies graves n\u00e9cessitant des soins de longue dur\u00e9e, selon la nature de la pathologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les agriculteurs sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 contacter le centre relation client de la CNSS au num\u00e9ro 3939 pour toute demande d&#8217;informations compl\u00e9mentaires ou pour entamer le processus de r\u00e9gularisation.
