L&#8217;accord pr\u00e9voit la r\u00e9alisation de trois nouvelles zones d\u2019activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques d\u2019ici \u00e0 2027 et marque un tournant pour le d\u00e9veloppement industriel de la r\u00e9gion.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme inclut la cr\u00e9ation de zones d&#8217;activit\u00e9s dans les provinces de Guelmim, Sidi Ifni et Assa-Zag, ainsi que l&#8217;ach\u00e8vement de la zone d\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique de El Ouatia et des travaux hors sites de la zone d\u2019activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques &#8220;cactopole&#8221; d\u2019Asrir. M. Ryad Mezzour a soulign\u00e9 l&#8217;importance de cet accord. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>La signature de cette convention constitue un v\u00e9ritable catalyseur pour le d\u00e9veloppement industriel de la r\u00e9gion et le renforcement de son attractivit\u00e9 territoriale<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb. Et d\u2019ajouter que : \u00ab&nbsp;<em>l\u2019Etat affirme son engagement \u00e0 stimuler une \u00e9conomie r\u00e9gionale solide et g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice d\u2019emplois et de richesses, en mettant \u00e0 la disposition des investisseurs des plateformes d\u2019accueil \u00e0 des conditions de qualit\u00e9 et de prix comp\u00e9titifs<\/em>. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les zones de Guelmim, Sidi Ifni et Assa seront respectivement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es sur des superficies de 100 hectares, 80 hectares et 45 hectares. Le Minist\u00e8re de l&#8217;Industrie et du Commerce (MIC) contribuera financi\u00e8rement \u00e0 hauteur de 200 millions de dirhams (MDH), tandis que le Conseil R\u00e9gional apportera 100 MDH. Ces fonds seront utilis\u00e9s pour les \u00e9tudes de positionnement ainsi que pour les travaux in-site et hors-site n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les collectivit\u00e9s territoriales joueront un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 en fournissant le foncier n\u00e9cessaire et en soutenant la mise en \u0153uvre du programme, affirmant leur engagement \u00e0 soutenir activement le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique de la r\u00e9gion.
