Cette acquisition intervient 18 mois apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re tranche, conform\u00e9ment aux accords. Le groupe Holmarcom d\u00e9tient d\u00e9sormais 78,7% du capital de la banque, avec 65,9% par Holmarcom Finance Company et 12,8% par AtlantaSanad. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la coop\u00e9ration entre les \u00e9quipes de Cr\u00e9dit du Maroc, le groupe Holmarcom et Cr\u00e9dit Agricole S.A., le processus de transition s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 comme pr\u00e9vu, aboutissant \u00e0 l&#8217;autonomisation compl\u00e8te de la banque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M. Ce plan repose sur une nouvelle politique marketing et commerciale, avec un fort accent sur la transformation digitale et la refonte des offres et parcours clients.
