L\u2019objectif est d\u2019explorer l&#8217;avenir de l&#8217;alimentation en d\u00e9veloppant des syst\u00e8mes agricoles intelligents, en d\u00e9couvrant les prot\u00e9ines alternatives comme la viande et le miel cultiv\u00e9s en laboratoire, et en discutant de l&#8217;\u00e9conomie circulaire dans la cha\u00eene d&#8217;approvisionnement alimentaire. \u00c7a sera aussi une occasion pour comprendre comment l&#8217;IA et la robotique transforment l&#8217;agriculture et comment r\u00e9pondre aux demandes croissantes des consommateurs pour des options saines et durables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec la participation d\u2019intervenants de diff\u00e9rents pays, le premier jour est d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux d\u00e9fis de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et du changement climatique avec des solutions innovantes. Le deuxi\u00e8me jour sera consacr\u00e9 aux avanc\u00e9es en Agritech, explorant comment la technologie transforme les pratiques agricoles et introduit des prot\u00e9ines alternatives.
