Cette op\u00e9ration fait suite \u00e0 l&#8217;acquisition du distributeur fran\u00e7ais \u00ab Taste Distribution \u00bb, de la marque \u00ab Carr\u00e9 Suisse \u00bb et de l\u2019industriel \u00ab Cultures de France \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette acquisition marque une nouvelle transition pour Dislog Group, lui permettant de renforcer ses activit\u00e9s industrielles et de distribution en Espagne, au Portugal, en France, au Benelux, en Pologne et au Royaume-Uni. Les op\u00e9rations fran\u00e7aises, \u00ab Taste Distribution \u00bb et \u00ab Cultures de France \u00bb, seront d\u00e9sormais int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00ab Chef Sam \u00bb \u00e0 Barcelone, qui devient le si\u00e8ge europ\u00e9en du groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette transaction a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de trois actionnaires europ\u00e9ens : Bernard Hours, Rafa Esteve et Jos\u00e9 Cano, anciens directeurs de Danone Europe et du fonds Nexus, pour un montant net de 40 millions d&#8217;euros en cash. Les c\u00e9dants resteront administrateurs de \u00ab BBW \u00bb, qui devient \u00ab Dislog Europe \u00bb, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Moncef Belkhayat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec cette acquisition, Dislog Group renforce sa position dans la distribution europ\u00e9enne, atteignant un volume d&#8217;affaires de 115 millions d&#8217;euros. Le groupe op\u00e8re en Espagne, au Portugal, en France, au Benelux, en Pologne, en Roumanie et en Angleterre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moncef Belkhayat, PDG de Dislog Group, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que cette acquisition repr\u00e9sente un nouveau jalon pour l&#8217;entreprise, qui \u00e9volue d&#8217;un statut local \u00e0 celui d&#8217;un groupe marocain r\u00e9gional op\u00e9rant dans 10 pays. Il a soulign\u00e9 le d\u00e9fi d&#8217;une expansion sud-nord pour cr\u00e9er des synergies et de la valeur pour le Maroc, les actionnaires et les collaborateurs.
