Cette op\u00e9ration renforce l\u2019engagement du fonds dans le secteur agroalimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fond\u00e9 en 1982, Nutkao est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la production de produits \u00e0 base de cacao, de noisette et de pistache, avec des unit\u00e9s de production en Italie, en Belgique, aux \u00c9tats-Unis, et une transformation du cacao au Ghana. Le groupe commercialise une large gamme de produits dans 80 pays, s&#8217;appuyant sur une forte capacit\u00e9 d&#8217;innovation pour r\u00e9pondre aux nouvelles tendances de consommation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette acquisition s&#8217;inscrit dans la strat\u00e9gie de Teralys d&#8217;investir \u00e0 long terme dans des projets structurants pour l&#8217;agro-industrie, en valorisant les ressources africaines et en d\u00e9veloppant les productions locales. Elle fait suite \u00e0 l&#8217;achat du groupe s\u00e9n\u00e9galais Patisen en 2023 et vise \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des synergies industrielles et commerciales entre les deux groupes.
